326 rebuilding

Hi everybody,

i got my 326-engine rebuild. but here is a problem for me. I took a lot of pictures but i didn´t take a picture from the cylinderheads. how do i know, which one is the right (passenger side) and which the left (driver side)?
one of them has a tube to connect a hose for the heater i guess.

Please help.

It should be the same as my 350, the heater hose connection will be at the rear of the passenger side head.

Ice fan 21 is right on the money! If you have any questions or need pictures I have plenty as I am also rebuilding a 326 , by chance if you have already bought rebuild kit where did you get it and how much was it? I'm finding no one local and the ones I'm finding seem they think it must be coated in gold for the prices they are asking , also I have a pontiac v8 specific rebuild book but won't be here for 2 weeks , so any technical questions I will be able to answer them per text book! I find in a quick search they are in the $700 - $800 range
