Hi,

Purchased a 4 door lemans with 350-4 barrel. very nice 4 door car except for gas mileage but that is to be expected.
-one issue is when the engine gets warm it starts to miss fire taking off from a stop light and seems to clear it self out at higher speeds.
-second issue is both doors on the drivers side are closing well but do not seem to be tight against the door jams on the handle side. When the driver door is closed you can still push the door in a little bit from the outside. It is noticable when you are driving and hit a bump then the door seem to jump up a bit. Wonder is there is an adjustment that can keep the doors tighter to the door jam pin?

Have you checked the dwell, timing, and mixture screws. How many miles on the cap, rotor, and wires?

The striker that the door lock catches and is attached to the body should be adjustable.
