65-70 Catalina Vs Bonneville prices and values

It appears the 65-70 Catalina brings on average about $10,000 higher sales prices Vs the higher-end Bonneville of the same era. Seems counter intuitive.
Anyone have any theories as to why this might be the case?

It might depend where you look. I use this site and looked at 65 only. Bonneville is higher.
