65 Catalina under hood reel light

Hello, I have a 65 Catalina 2+2 that I want to add an under hood reel light to. My question for you all is where does it mount ,and where do you get the power from? Some say the passenger fender ,and others say the passenger side firewall. I want it to be how it came from the factory. Please advise. Thank you!

It didn't come with an instruction sheet for installation?
