66 Catalina Suspension Question

Hi, new here, just picked up a 66 Catalina last night. I am certain it is going to need a front end rebuild amongst other things, I have been looking up parts today and I am suffering a bit of sticker shock. The parts are 5x-8x more expensive than the Chevy el camino I just finished last year. my question is, will any other B-body parts work? for example will impala bushings work on the Pontiac arms or are they different? I was told by someone a couple months back that they were exactly the same, but I have my doubts...

if you go to a site such as NAPA and compare the part numbers for control arm bushings for a 66 Cat verus a 66 Impala, they are not the same part.
