Sold my white 68 10 years ago, due to hard times.
Picking up another one nearly identical next week.

Been a while since I have messed with these cars, so I have a few important questions.

1: Where can I get a high quality, locking cover?

2. Need a front disc conversion. In the old days, the bone yards had piles of the parts needed. Now I am thinking aftermarket maybe? Any suggestions as to who to get it from? Want to retain the stock control arms. The Global West stuff kills the turning radius from what I have seen. Not going to be racing anybody. Just want to have good stopping power.

3. The PO tried to make it into a GTO clone, and tossed the lettering on the rear quarter, and filled the holes. Yuk.
Also added a GTO hood. again...yuk.
Where can I get a set of the lettering?

Thanks.
Will post pics once it is in my possession.
Still haggling over price.
It is very nice, but has an Olds motor:eek:...and the other things I mentioned.
I think I should get it for under 5 figures.

Don't know how anybody else feels, but GTO clones do nothing for me.
I prefer the flat hood and chrome bumpers anyway.:D

Thanks.
That second link was dead.
The prices at Year One scare me a bit.
Hope those are better.

link corrected, try again
