69 firebird metal work

Hello all
While working on my 69 I found few gaps in trunk and floor
They were replaced but not by me...( may be 2 owners ago)
There tacked but lots of over lap and day light
Also trunk may need to be redone as new panel is rusting in corners already........
Some one told me about seam sealer...???
Any one have any thoughts on this.....?

guess it depends on what kind of job you want to do based on your budget. All the trunk floor panels are available new.
