69 Lemans help!

just got a 69 Lemans and it was a stanard, is there a way to tell if it was a 3 or a 4 speed car? and how can i tell what engine came with it, it was a V8 car but thats all i know. i got a fender tag and the vin and cant figure it out. what am i missing? or can't i find that info, no data sheet either, no seats.

They have the original Pontiac microfilm of almost all cars from that time period.
