Hello all!

I am another firebird crazy fan. Recently I have bougth a 71 firebird Formula 400 to restore...I am not sure if I will die in this bussines because the car needs hours and hours of job to do...maybe, I hope, after several years I will can show you a wonderfull photo of my restored car...for the moment I am...how to say...worried! jajaja

Question for someone who could help me: does exist any exploded view about every part assembly in the car ? Engine, interior, seats, gas tank, etc, etc. My objective is to identify which parts are missing, bad assembled or they are not original; I am really meticulous and I would like to make a good restoration job!

Thanks in advance
Best regards

Note: sorry for my english...sure I have several mistakes in the text

welcome to the forum
what you are looking for is called an AIM, assembly instruction manual. They were used on the production line by the assemblers.
You can obtain one from www.amesperf.com
the part number for 1971 is FW171E .

Thanks melsg5. I have bougth the manual but is not complete, I dont know why. There are not information inside about seat belts assembly, doors, seats, dashboard, etc, etc...

Do you know if exists another assembly manual?
