72 Catalina bumper removal

[72catalina]

What would be the best way on removing the front and rear bumpers.
Any advice on how i should go about it would be appreciated especially because i would have to do it alone.

From the 1971 factory Chassis Service manual
Front
1.Support bumper - remove bumper hanger to frame attaching bolts.
2, With aid of helper remove bumper assembly
3, Remove bumper reinforcement
Rear
1. Disconnect license plate lamp
2.Support bumper and disconnect bumper hanger to body bolts,
3. Remove bumper reflectors and hanger brackets.
