72 lemans & daughter first car I need help

Ok I took this car in on trade from a guy on one of my dirt track cars I built. It has a 400 Pontiac engine and th350 tranny. I pulled the motor and tranny due to leaks from my guess sitting around with out being started. But my problems are Im a chevy guy lol. When torqueing the heads down whats the order you go in and its 95 ft lbs and we only use oil on threads. "chevys took sealer because of being in water" and on the rockers I just tighten them down to 20 ft lbs no adjusting? Im sure I will have more questions but my daughter loves this car and now Im starting to get it fixed up. Thanks for the help
