What’s up guys there anybody can help me out there I have a 77 Trans Am I want to know if I can put a 1 inch drop leaf spring in without the tire rubbing on the on the outer fender tire size is a 28 x 12 50 x 15

28 x 12 50 x 15 is an unusal way of listing a tire size. I assume you have a 15" tire that is 50 series and is 28" in diameter and 12 " wide?
So if that is correct and the stock tire is 225/70x15 the new tire is about a 1/2" larger in diameter and a little more than 3" wider. Not knowing what your wheel offset is do you have more than 1 1/2" clearance between the frame/suspension and the inside of the current stock size tire and more than 1 1/2" clearance between the sheet metal and the outside of the current stock size tire?
