noticed my fan relay is clicking really loudly and causing an electrical pulse that causes my lights to dim. the fan does run though so i dont think the relay is bad, just maybe not working right? anyways causes my voltage guage to pulse back and forth which i could deal with except i have my fuel pump wired up to a switch. the pulsing is causing fluctuations in my fuel delivery and is just wearing out the pump itself. any help would be great, should i buy a new relay and try that or hard wire the fan to a switch as well or could it be something entirely else. also at idle im at 2100rpm cold or hot(2000rpm) but if i shift into any gear as long as im driving the rpms are rather normal until i push the clutch in then it goes back up to 2000rpm. really odd

Your Idle problem could be a couple things...
1. IAC valve
2. Vacuum leak

I had the same problem, changed the IAC... didn't change problem.
I found a split in the EGR tube (tube between EGR and intake manifold), I repaired the tube and fixed my idle issue.
The EGR tube was the last thing I checked (hassel to remove), I replaced or by-passed each vacuum line first.

Good luck.
