Putting a 89 iron duke from a Olds Cutlass into a 84 fiero. The alternator does not fit with the stock brackets. Would the brackets from a 88 Fiero fix this problem?
We would like to keep the benefits of the newer intake manifold but...tried to change back to the 84 intake manifold but the intake runners wont match up. Does anyone make an adapter plate?
I suppose we could just put the head from the 84 on the motor then I think all problems would be resolved, except we would lose the benefits of the newer TBI and intake.
