91 sunbird wont start

ijust bought a 91 sunbird and it wont start .i had been sitting for a while ,
could it be the fuel filter also its bloeing oil iin air filter.
 
did you say you have oil going into air filter? that is not so good

Could be the PCV valve (or no breather element) in the air filter housing...

That would be the "hope thats what it is" guess I'd go with too..... thats one of a couple places you dont want to find oil along with in the coolant or dripping out of yer tailpipe:mad: I had a 76 monza with a station wagon 400 in it that I overheated and cracked the manifold valley and something inside of radiator(didnt leak) and had water, oil, AND tranny fluid in everything:eek:

A fuel filter generally wont keep the motor from starting, check spark, Ohm the coil packs, check for cracked plug wires, push pin in on fuel rail and see if you have gas pressure and if ya do get it started, let us know how bad the blow by is .
