91 trans am Convertible

Hello everyone......
What can I do to repair my plastic back window......?
It has detached from the top....
I’ve zip tied it but they are ripping out of the rotted canvas around the window......
I’ve taped the perimeter of the plastic window but in the rain all the tape comes off.......

replace the top.

Don’t have the money for that right now.....
Just need a good quick fix till I replace it.....

Go to Home Depot and get a sheet of thin lexan, then rivet it in with water proof caulk ?
