92 grand am no spark help

Please help at my wits end my son has 92 grand am with quad 4 eng code is 3
has no spark I have replaced the ing modual, coils, swaped out the ecu
i have power on the pink wire at all times even when the key is off
and doesnt apear to have any broken wires that i can find and all the fuses are good
please help i think next step may be junk yard

Which pink wire are you talking about? Pnk/blk to fuel injectors has a fuse labeled (fuel pump/inj) (20 amp). Pnk/blk circuit to ignition module has a fuse labeled (ignition fuse).
Both circuits fed from ignition switch.
Check for loose fitting fuses and broken wires in those circuits

the pink wire running into the housing that holds the coils and ing module
all fuses are tight and conductive looked for broken wires but havent found any yet

oh also replaced crank sensor

Do you have Battery voltage at the ignition fuse?

i will check I am 2200 miles away right now but I will be back there to work on it in a couple weeks but I am trying to get ideas for what to check when I get back there

yes there is power at the ing fuse
