93 Sunbird Marbles in the engine?!

Ok, So i have a '93 sunbird. 223k miles. just put a new tranny in it 1yr ago.
about three mo ago, it started to run rough. developed an oil leak, still dont know where its leaking from. about a month ago, it developed a coolant leak. again, can't figure out where its coming from (radiator or lines, idk) so anyway, 2 weeks ago it starts to run rough. three days later, it wont start. AC compressor locks up. we got the car back like 4 days ago. now it sounds like marbles rattling around inside the engine. i don't think that it has a thrown rod (not yet at least) bc the sounds are not rythmical at all. any help/advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Why arent you taking it back to whoever worked on it and asking them?

@melsg5, lol, already thought of that. i got the work done as a favor by a mechanic friend of mine before he left the country on vacation. I actually Picked the car up as he was locking up the shop on his way to the airport. unfortunately i have no idea how to reach him in the Caribbean. no one knows how to reach this guy. shoulda asked for a way to reach him, but i thought it would be fine. he will be gone for 2 months.

ok, so it didnt do it before you brought it to this mechanic, what exactly did he do, anything that would effect the timing?

Well I guess nevermind. . . . . . the engine seized up today. she will be on her way to the crusher soon. any ideas where i could part her out if i wanted to? ive got a tranny with approx 12k miles on it. (brand hammer new when bought) and an ac compressor with 4 days on it. (store won't take it back)
