Wondering is there anyone out there that has ever taking the climate control panel out of a 94 grand am gt...I'm not getting any air flow from front defroster and need to take the climate control panel out to check something's...let me know!!!

Consider a Hanes manual, local library may have them or Ebay or Amazon.

There's gotta be someone out there that's takin one out before

Update on the low temperature..flushed the system once with the prestone flush..then flushed the system 4 more times after that until I got it as clean as possible and lemme tell you it was nasty..like a brownish coler..then replaced the thermostat which was a kinda pain in the a55...the old was stuck in the open position I did a comparison to the new 195 degree thermostat I installed..filled up the system with fresh DeX cool orange antifreeze put 2 gallons in 50 50 mix..blend the system until I got it to the temperature reading you see in the picture...and I'm getting stupid hot heat lol..really hot lol..the temperature gauge moves alil when you give it gas but not much at all...before I started to bleed the system the low coolant light was on..I put 2 gallons in it and the tank stayed full..does it call for more then 2 gallons???and I have another 50 50 mix as you see in the picture..would it be safe to put that in or get another gallon or 2 of DeX cool...

4 cylinder is 10.4 quarts
6 cylinder is 13.2 quarts
Not clear why you have 2 different coolants? Make sure they are compatible.

I only used the DeX cool one but before bleeding the system the low coolant light was on but the tank if full so I dont know why the low coolant light is still on.

Did you bleed the system?

Yeah..that's how I got the temperature gauge to where it is which is good right in the picture?? The low coolant light was on before I bleed the system..I googled around an kept seeing 2 gallons..didn't know it took 3.3 gallons

Update .triple checked the coolant level and its full..great heat temp gauge stays in between I'm assuming 150 and 220 closer to the 220 mark..but the stupid low coolant light wont go off..I'm assuming it's alright to run with it on with me knowing it's full..just want you're opinion

You could have a bad sensor. Temperature once warmed up will vary from 195 to 220.

Sometimes the temperature gauge wont get as high in the picture but the heat is great compared to how it was..these older cars are moody

Glad to hear your not freezing anymore.

I'm glad you've helped me through all this..I know enough about car's but with all do respect its fords I know more about lol..I put a new ac compressor on this grand am around September I believe and the car hasn't been on the road alot sence I've been waiting almost 3 months to go to the secretary of state to get plate's on it but I noticed the ac compressor makes a little sqeekie noise and tends to come and go..I dont use the ac in this car but the sqeekie noise gets annoying sometimes lol you cant hear it over the engine noise at running speed just sometimes at idle..can I just run it like that??

You sure it's not the belt?
Spray some water on it when you hear the noise.

What's water do???and I only notice it when it's cold and at driving speeds..it slowly goes away the warmer the engine gets and then comes and goes

If the belt is causing the noise at idle you can spray water on it to see if the noise changes but since you dont hear it at idle that wont work.

I hear it at idle when its cold..but when it starts to warm up it fades

You probably need a new belt

You probably need a new belt
It is such a pain in the ass messing with the belt on this..I cant get the tensioner back far enough to get the belt on...when I did the ac compressor I fought for like an hour just trying to get enough slack in the belt to get on...I ended up having to walk it onto the alternator. ..unless I was going something wrong I dont know
