94 Pontiac Sunbird, When I'm going about 55 the car starts jerking.?

And some times when I let off the gas it starts jerking.
Don't tell me the Trans is going out because it doesn't do it all the time.
What is it?
It's a manual trans. When I let off the gas to slow down. That's when it does it. Only when I let off the gas.
