95 Grand Am V6

I have a 1995 Grand Am v6 and it has this kind of bucking sensation going on at 55mph and it doesnt do it over 75mph. Im drawing a blank...whats going on?? Thanks in advanced for any help!!

do you have a check engine light on? has the vehicle had normal maintenance, air filter, fuel filter, plugs, etc.?

The car has had regular maintenance.
The CEL has came on and off, never stayed on.
