96 GT - Tail lights, dash lights and lights on buzzer quit working

I have a 96 gt that suddenly lost it's tail lights, dash lights and the lights on indicator buzzer all at the same time.

Brake lights, blinkers, head lights all still work.

I did a quick search for "tail light" and for "dash light" and multiple combination of both. But came up empty handed.

I have checked the fuses and tail light bulbs before I noticed the dash light and buzzer quit as well and everything appears to be correct.

Where should I head from here?

Update: I forgot to mention that the buzzer still works if the key is in the ignition and I open the door. So it appears to be solely related to the things controlled by the rotating light control on the blinker lever.

Is there a control board that related to this one part? Is it all operated off of a single fuse?

do you have the owners manual which lists the fuses to check?

No, I got the car from my brother in law and he did not have the manual for it. I have searched for a '96 pdf manual with no luck so far. I can find 99 and up manuals but none for anything prior to 99. I also checked all the local sources for a Chilton's style manual for this model and there are none local, I guess that is the price of living the country life.

I checked the (edit) dash fuses themselves with a voltmeter to make sure that current would flow thru them and found none bad that way in my initial testing.

Took the voltmeter to the fuse box and found one of the 20a fuses wasn't getting juice at the box... fixed.
