97' Pontiac Sunfire won't go over 10mph.?

There is also a lot of noise coming from the engine. I wasn't having any issues with the car prior. I drove to work fine, but couldn't leave in it. I'm getting it towed tomorrow, but wondering if anyone has any ideas. Maybe I can get it running good enough to get it to the mechanic without having to pay for a tow? Any help appreciated.
The oil was changed about 2 weeks ago and I beleive they topped off the fluids too.

if you have a lot of noise driving it will only make things worse/costly. Tow it.
