98 Firebird Indiglo gauge install

I have a friend that is trying to install Indiglo gauges in his 98' Pontiac Firebird. Has anyone installed them? Looking to see if the whole dash needs to be removed and some other questions.

this may help and I highly recommend you disconnect the battery as soon as possible to prevent shorts

Thanks for the reply. This will def help with dismantling the cluster. THe overlay he has seems to be powered and has to be spliced into a power wire such as the cigarette lighter. I am hoping someone has installed this particular overlay. I like the one in the video, seems pretty cool especially how it lights up.
