Ok, so I have replaced my thermostat in the car to make sure it wasn't getting stuck. Then I had the smart idea to turn on the car with the A/C at max to see if the radiator cooling fan would kick on. It didn't. So I took a screwdriver and spun the blades on the fan a little bit. The fan started up. So what does this mean? Does it mean the fan motor needs replaced?
