98 Sunfire not starting, no spark 1& 4 coil

HELP! I have a 98 Sunfire, 2.2L. It wont start, there is no spark 1 & 4 coil, we replaced the coil pack, still wont start. Could it be the Crankshaft position sensor? And if so, how do you get to it??

Its not the crankshaft position sensor. Learned that the hard way after replacing it. How to test the ICM??

Got the spark plugs and wires changed yet? If not how long ago.

Was the check engine light on when it was running, if so scan the code.
