98 Sunfire starts then stalls

Trying to figure out my nephews Sunfire. He drove it to work and that night comes out and it will not start. It tries, cranks fine. It will try to start then immediatly stalls out. Messing with it this afternoon I got it to start but can't get RPM's over 1500 and as soon as you put any amount of throttle to it, it stalls out. Will try to hang at idle for a few seconds. Eliminated a stopped up cat converter. Plugs very dark like righ mixture. Spark is continuous through whole start stall cycle. I wanted to put fuel pressure tester inline but no schrader taps that I can find. Any way to test fuel pressure on these things without expensive special test set and couplers? Any helpo would be apreciated. Oh, and the battery is a full charge the whole time.

Is the security light on when the car stops. It sounds like the security system is taking it out.

there should be a pressure valve on the fuel rail somewhere. take the cap off of it, and you should be able to find a gauge that would hook up to it. not a 100% sure tho so dont quote me lol. this is just what im thinking from looking at it in the past. is there a check engine light? if so, pull the codes. if not, look into a plugged fuel filter or something along the lines of that
