My 99 Bonneville se has been having issues with the cold, anything under 25 degrees it doesn’t tend to run correctly. It’ll run really rough unless i stay on the gas and hold it at about 1500 rpm’s. It’ll eventually smooth out after about 5 mins. I assume these issues are tied together. The main issue I have is after that process when it starts to run smoothly I’ll start to drive. It’ll be fine for about a minute or so until it dies out of nowhere. When it dies I’ll be on the road so I’ll put it in neutral and start it back up again and it’ll proceed to die seconds later, even when I shift back to overdrive it’ll die in overdrive and I have to shift back to neutral to start it again.

I don’t think it’s an electrical issue as my alternator is relatively new and the voltage gauge says my battery is fine and it starts right back up.
Beyond that I’m not sure what the issue is, I had this problem last year and just waited it out but when me, my father and his friend were looking at it we checked for vacuum leaks and didn’t find anything there. I believe we also checked for fuel issues but I don’t think we found anything there but could be a possibility.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Is your temperature gauge showing lower than normal readings?

Lately yes, but I just figured it was doin that cause it was cold out
Temperature sensor or too low an actual temperature can cause issues.

My concern is that my car doesn’t run correctly whilst my dads and stepmoms run just fine, stepmom has the exact same car I do down to the year and trim, dads is an SLE and a 98, but both of them run fine whilst mine is having issues
Also how would the temp sensor be the issue?

Why is how the other cars don't have a problem relevant to your car?
I gave you a possiblity. If you want to know the cause either invest in a advanced scan tool that can monitor real time engine data or have a shop look at it.
