99 Sunfire GT Exhaust

Hello everyone, I have a question about available exhaust parts for a 99 Pontiac Sunfire GT. I was looking around to replace my own exhaust as going to a shop would cost more than the car itself. So far I've found a dealer that sells IMCO exhaust parts, the question I pose is that I'm not sure what to choose.

My GT comes with dual exhaust that's Y'd from a single pipe. I've attached the available parts from IMCO as pictures. They have a 95-98 GT Dual exhaust system, and a 99-04 Single exhaust. They don't seem to offer a 99 GT Dual, but I was wondering how different was 98's GT exhaust from 99, in that I could use the 95-98 dual system.

www.gmpartsdirect.com does not show the same exhaust part number for 98 and 99 and no way of knowing what the different is. If you have the bucks you may want to check out the Magnaflow system which does fit.

Interesting, the Magnaflow dual exhaust 15762 kit fits 95-05. Makes me wonder if the only difference between 98 and 99 would be mufflers and the catalytic converter. Which would explain why GMPartsdirect lists the pipes only with mufflers attached. I'll have to investigate a lil more, as I was looking at $325 for the IMCO not $900 for the Magnaflow replacement cat back.
