Whats the best way to get old rusty nuts out of an abs pump without striping the hole in the abs pump???

pretty much the same as for any rusty bolt, a combination of shock from a hammer blow, heat, and liquid rust penetrant. For the penetrant let it soak overnight perhaps using a cloth around the nut to keep it moist. Make sure you use a 5 sided wrench to not round the nuts. You can try heating it with a propane torch, let it cool off, hit it a very times, and then apply the penetrant.
