Abs wheel speed sensor problem.

I bought a 2002 grand am with a 2.2 ecotec from the auction. Didn't know that it had a rebuilt title. It had been wrecked. The abs light is on and it's throwing a "hub assembly / Wheel speed sensor code". I replaced everything but the light is still on. I took it to have the light reset but it's reading "open circuit" I can't get thru inspection to get a new title with the light on. Is it possible to run a jumper from the driver side speed sensor to the passenger side? Or, Can i bypass it all together?

Open circut would be a bad wire or plug.
