nothing blows out of my vents ac or heat, do i need a new blower? or do i just need to recharge my ac?

If you're not getting any airflow of any kind - need to look at the blower or dampers.
If there is airflow out the floor - suggest you have a vacuum problem with the control of the dampers. Do you hear the fan running?
If there is airflow, but it's not cold, then look at the A/C system.
