Does anyone kno if I can get some headlight lenses or complete headlights or even a different front end to make my 02 sunfire more aerodynamic? Is there an easy way to go (besides taping the whole thing)?

within the MPH capabilities of a stock Sunfire what measurable improvement will you accomplish with improved aerodynamics? You can make it look more aerodynamic with a body kit.

you can try seals where the hood or body panels meet the headlights but manufacturers spend million of dollars in wind tunnels trying to reduce the aerodynamic profiles of cars just to improve the mpg.
