I'm really stumped i have a 03 grand am 3.4 se2, the turn signals in the front flash and so do the markers on the opposite side. The rear of the cars works properly, and so does the flasher and the lights in the dash.

Ive cleaned all the terminals, replaced hazard switch. Cleaned the multifunction. Switched all the bulbs. Same issue.

Either I havent fully woken from my nap or all I see you stating is what works not what doesnt work.

Sorry all the flashers work in the back. In the front when I turn my left signal. My left turn, marker light and my right sides blink.

Ive changed all the bulbs, greased the sockets. Cleaned my multifunction and put a new hazard. Im stumped.
Sorry about the wording. Im also including a video

You need to find a wiring diagram, try autozone help section or a hanes or chilton manual, local library may have them.
Have you looked for the ground connections for the left side lights?
Nothing suspicious when you checked the multifunction switch?
This happened all of a sudden or was the car in an accident?

I thought the hazard was going, it was blinking like the hazard needed to he replaced.
I cleaned the multifunction it looked pretty clean in there. I had LEDs which was causing half the problem, its all incandescent bulbs now and the front keeps doing this.
Where exactly is the ground? I've had shitty luck with Haynes wire diagrams, but I was looking into alldata.com

You'll have to trace the wires coming from the socket to find the ground.

I'm not seeing any grounds in the rear. Can I run a new ground from the socket?

I ran a new ground i remember the person I bought it from, said it was a minor rear end damage. But everything was original. I couldn't find a ground anywhere in the rear end or inside the trunk compartment. So I ran a new one from the tail harness. Works flawlessly. Who would known. Than again ive solved some no start issues with bad grounds. Ty so much!

Glad to hear you solved it

Glad to hear you solved it, I was going to suggest a ground issue but I am late to the tread. I learned about bad grounds causing strange issues with a 69 GTO I used to own. When I hit the brakes the brake lights would not come on, but both front turn signal bulbs would light up brightly. I didn't even know I had an issue until I was parking the car in a dark garage and when I hit the brakes the turn signals lit up the space in front of the car.

Once again great job finding the issue & thanks for letting us know you found it!
