Why not replace the blade assembly?

The big Pontiacs of this vintage have very cool and somewhat unique overlapping "butterfly" wipers with articulated blades that are an integral assembly with the dual wiper arm and drag link necessitating replacement of only the blade "filler" and not the complete blade is possible with other and more modern cars.

Remove the existing rubber and take it to a NAPA dealer and ask to see if the rubber in this blade will fit yours
