Aztec turn signal issue

Our 2001 Aztec GT has developed a peculiar issue with the turn signals. When you turn on the right turn signal, you can hear the flasher click rapidly but there are no lights flashing including the cluster indicator. If the left side is put on the signals work properly. Any suggestions?

have you checked for burnt out bulbs in the front or back? they maybe dual filiment and one filiment is burnt out

Think we are past that. If it was a bulb. I believe the remaining lamps would flash quickly.

It could be the flasher assembly has failed

After all this, I feel stupid, it was the rear bulb. Thanks for the input
