Hi Fellas!
Okay, I am having the new battery drain down over a few days of sitting.

The Alternator is charging when its running and I disconnected the plug and hot wire from the alternator and my test light between the neg post and cable did not change.

Had helper hold test light as I removed the fuses one at a time. The only fuse that made a difference was one labeled courtesy. The test light went dim with it removed.

I think that is correct as the minimum draw is something like .25 milliamps due to the radio/ecm ect. Does the courtesy fuse run the dash lamps? can I run the car without it? Anyone have a similar problem?

We are getting aggravated! Yes we are! (Matrix2)

all the doors were closed as you removed the fuse?

haven't noticed if the lights are staying on or not. Maybe the glove box light is. I cant see the trunk light unless I remove the backseat 1st. The dome light and courtesy lights go off after about 15 seconds, so the delay timer is working.
I could remove the lamps and see, but I am now driving the car daily and I'm not having the problem so far.

But the article was good about the door handle switches!
Thanks
