Battery tray

So my battery tray is pretty rusted out and the ground bolt is literally detached (I’ll add a picture) and I believe that’s what’s causing all my electrical problems where can I get a new battery tray because I can’t find any online please help thank you!

So why does gm ground to the battery tray

Look at the diagram. Does it look like it grounds to the tray? Does your's ground to the tray?

Battery to car body, car body to engine is the usual rule....for Grounds aka Negative..
