Blinker & parking light won't light up

Changed both bulbs blinker works but both lights won't come on can anyone tell me what the problem is

Your title says no blinker no parking.
You then wrote blinker works.
What is the number of the bulb you are using?

Also what year it makes a difference wiring wise, also does your car have fog light turn signal combination lights, or just turn signals?

Since I know this thread is being looked at...

I am having the same problem, in the rear, where there is only one bulb. Changed it with the correct bulb (3157). Changed the socket. Now, changed the turn signal lever. Still, no brake light or right turn signal. Help!

At any point while changing all these parts have you used a voltmeter or ohmmeter?

I would check if you have power on both contacts in the socket with a voltmeter and use the ohmmeter to see if the socket wall is grounded.
