Bluetooth stays on

Originally the bluetooth connection in our 2009 Torrent worked fine. Turned on when the car turned on (and auto paired), turned off when the car was turned off (and disconnected from the phone).

Recently the bluetooth has started to intermittently stay on when the car is off, so that when sitting at home, the phone will ring in the car (parked and turned off in the garage).

I can't find anything in the manual about a way to adjust when the bluetooth turns off or times out.

Is there anything I can look at or do I need to head to the dealership?

The bluetooth should shut down like other systems such as the radio. They are controlled by the RAP, retained accessory power, system. That system is controlled by the BCM, body control module. You would need the system scanned to find out what the issue is.
