• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Is this Forum compatible with Google Chrome? There are suggestions for IE, Firefox and Safari. I find nothing pertaining to Chrome.
I ask, because, all links, buttons, like the ones above this posting box ... ie. Bold, Italic, underline, align left, etc. are all a small image of a page with the upper right corner folded over. This same image is to the left of every post, etc. and replaces all the post icons below as well.

i am reading your post using Chrome and do no observe the issue you are having

Mine is acting up also - Internet Explorer 7 on my old desktop ( 2005)

Laptop (2012) no issues - Internet Explorer 9.

Happened about 6 weeks or so ago... like the page isnt loading all the way.

"As of April 8, 2014, technical assistance for Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8 is no longer available, including automatic updates and security patches that help protect your PC.

If you continue to use Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8 now that support has ended, your computer will still work but it might become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses. If your Windows XP PC is connected to the Internet and you use Internet Explorer 8 to surf the web after support has ended, you might be exposing your PC to additional threats."

I'm stuck with 7 because I cant upload IE8 on my system as a message from Microsoft confirmed.( Not compatable)
