Buying a Pontiac Solstice?

I am 19, and I want to get a used Pontiac Solstice. Mainly because I think it will help me get the ladies. The one we are looking at is 2009 soft top black and has 11,000 miles on it. They are asking for 22,000. What is a fair price to pay for this car?
The limit on money I can spend is around 20-21 thousand. I can't go out and buy an absolute thrasher. I just need something that will turn heads, and get me around town.

I'm 16 and I drive a 2006 solstice. The girls definitely love it. If you get one you will be asked for rides by girls ALOT. Mine had 21k miles on it when I bought it for $15,000.I would say somewhere around $21,000 would be fair on the 2009 with that many miles.
