no. if they're locked in, break the window. if they're broken in teh ignition, call a locksmith.

You can easily get new keys made by about any locksmith by the pin-set in the door lock. This is easy enough to remove with the right tools, or have them remove and re-install. This is the only way you're going to get new keys made for that pin-set. Pontiac will not issue you new keys based on the VIN.

yes. With your V.I.N. number any dealer can pull up your key number. with that number any lock smith can cut the keys.
