Can I make a 97 TA run 600hp at the wheels?

Alright, I recently purchased a 97 WS6 that needs a tranny rebuild and a little bit of engine work for it to run strong. My goal is to create a street MONSTER that can turn 600hp at the rear wheels...I think a stroker kit and a procharger would definitely get the job done but I am open to suggestions. I would like to avoid spray at all.

You will need to work with an engine builder who is familiar with supercharging engines otherwise you will spend a lot of money and very quickly blow up the engine.
