Can i put a bigger engine in my pontiac grand am?

its a 1997 pontiac grand am se. has a 3.1 v6 in it can i put like a v8 or a 3,4l or 3,8. i want more power i hvae done work to the body, and the body is in good shape.
and where would i go on the internet to order an engine for my car

you cannt just slap in a new engine, everything is controlled by computers that have to match the engine. In addition different engines have different wire harnesses. So try looking for a cold air kit or cat back exhaust or sell the car and buy one with a bigger engine
