car horn not working ...2000 pontiac sunfire ... changed the fuse ..still not

find the electrical schematic for this car. You probably have a relay. This relay may need changing or need to have the connections cleaned up a bit. Start with the horn if you can't find the relay and make the horn honk by touching a 12 volt wire and then work backwards to the relay and do the same thing, and work backwards to the the steering wheel where you push the button,
 
Disconnect wire to horn. Run a jumper wire to horn. If it honks,may be horn switch.

usually its dirty connection in steering wheel...20 to 30 dollar [rip off] price at dealer..takes 5 minuits and no parts needed..iv had it done on same car twice...once charged 12 dollars the other 25 dollars.thats how i know its a bogus rip off....i was afraid to mess with air bag
 
Start at the problem and work your way back.. Testing from the horn back to the steering wheel. usualy somthing like this is real simple.. not much else to say cuz someone else already said it. Good luck
 
horn might be having rust in the connector.
clean connectors .
in the mean time ..use your loud voice
(just kidding)
