Thanks Maybe I should have left the tar on then (?). Now its all cleaned off. So, drove car this morning and no difference. So now, code 22 still shows. Maybe I will spend $13 for a new relay, and if still bad, buy a new TPS (again). Have no choice. I checked V on the TPS an hour ago and checks out just fine for min/max V. Would you do the same thing?
