I have an 01 Grand Am and the past week the dash has been acting crazy irratic and what not. Lights coming on and off gauges going up and down and the door chime still plays after the key is off and out of the ign. I did the pass lock thing with the resister about 3 months ago and haven't had a problem since. But now its acting the same way but no security light and I tried to do the on position for 10 min and all the pass lock bs.
Now this morning I went to leave work and my car won't stay running like the pass lock bs with not getting fuel but not no dash lights check engine door chime radio ect. theres nothing its almost like my ign. is stuck in acc but no chime.
I have no idea what to do and I have to be to work tonight if anyone knows how o by pass the who thing please let me know I know you could do it in older cars and just run power to the ecu and injectors and what not to get passed the security bs but I don't have the slightest clue how.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
