So I am changing out all of the bulbs in the dash cluster of my 1970 Catalina station wagon with LED's. I have them changed for the most part but can't seem to find where the bulb is for the shift indicator. Can this be done with the cluster in the car? I'm not sure I am smart enough to remove it! The LED's make a huge difference. I think if I get this bulb changed then I will be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any chance you have the 1970 factory Service Manual? Page 9-20 makes it look like the bulb is directly behind the shift pattern.

I don't have the manual but I really should get it. It's strange but looking p from under the dash I don't really see the indicator box. Maybe I have to drop the steering column down to get a better look. Thanks for the advice.

The section I referred to is in the steering section related to the column.
