changing plugs 2001 GT

Is it possible to change out the plugs w/o having to remove the engine mount and tilting the motor forward? Also whats the best plugs I should replace them with? Im assuming AC Delco but is their something else I should be looking at?

Do you have a complete set of tools including universal joints and different length extensions? Here is a thread on changing the plugs.
